FITNESS / PRACTICALITIES
A lot of the walking on this tour is over uneven ground, including flagstones and cobblestones that can be slippery when wet. Access to Lyveden New Bield involves a half-mile walk uphill across fields and is not suitable for those with walking difficulties, and there is also a narrow iron staircase to access the viewpoint at Lyveden New Bield. A good level of fitness and mobility is required for this tour.
