Morning: Notre Dame Cathedral, Laon. Afternoon: Cathedral of St Gervais and St Protais, Soissons. Evening lecture: The Black Death.
Whole day excursion to Reims for Notre Dame Cathedral and Abbey of Saint-Remi. Evening lecture: The Signs of the Times (How to Read Medieval Art).
Morning: Notre Dame Cathedral, Senlis. Afternoon: St Peter’s Cathedral, Beauvais. Continue to Rouen for two nights at Hotel Mercure Rouen Centre Cathédrale.
Walking tour of Rouen including Rue du Gros-Horloge (14th century astronomical clock), Notre Dame Cathedral, Aître Saint-Maclou, Historial Jeanne d’Arc and Joan of Arc Church in Vieux Marche (time permitting).
Depart Rouen for Amiens: Cathedral of Notre Dame. Continue to Lille for 1736 departure, arriving London 1806.
